The Williams River Farm Stay accommodation is nestled in the rolling hills of the Williams River Valley at “Boraning”, a picturesque 2900 acre bio-dynamic organic farm, owned and operated by the Newton-Wordsworth Family.
In addition to being Western Australia’s longest running broad acre organic farm producing beef, lamb, olives, olive oil, pistachios, vegetables and fruits, “Boraning” is a very beautiful and mysterious place, with hidden valleys and streams, rocky craggy hills and quiet waters to swim in or sit by. It is a place for meaningful talks on verandahs, for walks, camping and picnics, for enjoying the many animals, and for just having the space and time to unplug from the world and BE. There is an interesting community of people living there from around the world, and magnificent pets and animals to meet. The Newton-Wordsworth Family’s work at “Boraning” has been recognised with them receiving the West Australian Sustainability Award in the 2012, the Williams Landcare Achiever of the Year Award in 2007 and Kelly being awarded the 1996 Great Southern Rural Woman of the Year. Their Williams River Produce bio-dynamic food and products have been recognised by their meat being included in the West Australian Newspaper Food Critic Rob Broadfield’s top 10 gourmet products of WA, and their olive oil and marmalade being stocked by elite London gourmet store Harvey Nichols. Newtone Productions is dedicated to producing the music of Kelly Newton-Wordsworth. Kelly Newton-Wordsworth is a WA artist and farmer with a dedicated international fan base. When she’s not tending to her bio-dynamic farm, Kelly is creating and performing music that, quite literally, makes the world a better place. From a birthday performance for the King of Thailand before 500,000 people in Bangkok, to a televised World Peace concert for over a billion people in India and performing in a Live Earth concert in the US, Kelly’s music knows no bounds. She is now releasing her first book `This is your life´ which is to help people learn how to live a life beyond their dreams.

Our beef and lamb have been included in the West Australian Newspaper food critic Rob Broadfield's top 10 gourmet products of Western Australia, and these and other biodynamic & organic products can be bought on the farm.

Williams River Horses
Near the Cottage there is also a horse training centre, as the Newton-Wordsworth Family breed and train horses for the Olympic Sport of Eventing and general riding. Visitors can meet the horses, watch them being trained, and horse riding experiences/lessons on a quiet horse in an enclosed area are available by appointment.
