Directions to "Boraning", 10845 Pinjarra – Williams Rd, Williams, WA, 6391, Ph 0475 904103 William
From Perth/Albany Highway:- Take the Albany Highway to Williams, which is the first town after you leave Armadale on the outskirts of Perth. At Williams turn west (right) opposite the BP Garage onto the Pinjarra - Williams Rd which is signposted to Pinjarra, Collie, and Quindanning. Travel on that road for 17 kms, cross the bridge over the Williams River, and take the first turn right (farm entrance) which is to "Boraning", the Williams River Farmstay Cottage. The street address is 10845 Pinjarra - Williams Rd, and there is a small sign with this number on it near the entrance, as well as a wooden sign on the fence saying “Boraning”. Travelling time from Perth approx 2.5 hours.
From Dwellingup / Pinjarra:- Go up the Darling Scarp from Pinjarra to Dwellingup, and keep on that road straight through Dwellingup, signposted to Boddington, Williams etc. About 5 kms before Boddington there is a major turn right signposted to Quindanning. Take that road, go through Quindanning, and about 1 km turn left on the Pinjarra - Williams road at the T junction towards Williams. Go approx 17 kms on the Pinjarra - Williams Rd and just past the Collie turnoff turn left into farm entrance to the Farmstay Cottage. The entrance is just before the Williams River bridge. Approx 1.25 hours from Mandurah.
From Bunbury / Collie:- From Bunbury go towards Perth on the South West Hy, and turn up towards Collie on the Coalfields Hy. As you come up the hill into Collie stay straight on that road and do not turn into the Collie shops .. keep going straight through and as you are leaving Collie on that road...on the outskirts of the town there is a road turning left which is signposted to Williams. It goes first to the Collie Speedway (on the top of the hill just out of town), then it goes approx 70 kms through to a T junction at the Williams - Pinjarra Rd. Turn right at the T junction towards Williams, travel approx 500 meters and turn left into farm entrance to the Farmstay Cottage. The turnoff is around 80 metres before the Williams River bridge. Travel time from Bunbury approx 1.25 hours.

"It has taken me a while to get around to writing a review as it is not something I usually do, but in this case The rustic Cottage deserves a good one Perfect place to relax and reconnect with a loved one, as it is quite and out of the way, and the welcome from the owners was wonderful The visit has stay with me so I've been compeld to response Wonderful"

"As a group of friends, we have rented numerous properties over the past years in the South-West. This property stands out as the best we have stayed in. It's set on a farm, around 10-15 mins drive from Williams - very rural & secluded, that makes it feel like a true getaway. The family are friendly, as are their pet Dog and Cat that roam the farm. We were greeted by organic fig jam and olives on arrival. We celebrated xmas in July - the open log fires, large kitchen and lounge room made for a great setting. This house has so much character and comfortably sleeps 8 adults. I would happily re-visit this house in Summer also with a good sized seating area under the front verandah. There is also opportunity for long strolls across their fields and to feed/ride the horses. This property is pet friendly and our dog loved it just as much as we did.
I cannot recommend this property enough for groups of friends or families and would have no hesitation in returning myself."
